    1.    Eligibility for Exchange

    •    Items must be in their original condition, free from damage or excessive wear.

    •    Items must not have been worn more than once and should still retain their original tags, intact and unaltered.

    •    A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

    2.    Exchange Window

    •    Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

    3.    Shipping Charges

    •    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.

    4.    Non-Exchangeable Items

•    Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

    •    We ensure delivery within 7 business days for all orders across India.

    •    Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote areas or during high-demand periods, but we strive to maintain the promised timeframe.

3. Shipping Charges

    •    Standard shipping is free.

4. Shipping Partners

    •    We collaborate with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

    •    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.

5. Delivery Areas

•    We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.

•    If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

    •    If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, it will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO). We will contact you to confirm the updated address for reshipment.

9. Cancellations or Changes
